Welcome to Partners 360

For nearly 40 years, partners 360 has worked to meet the ever-increasing mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability needs of Kent County, helping thousands of children, families, and adults each year make positive changes in their lives.

Originally known as Kent County Community Mental Health, partners 360 was the first Community Mental Health Board in Michigan to contract with the State to provide mental health services. Since our inception in 1966, partners 360 has grown considerably, broadening its array of services and developing specialized services to meet the unique needs of high-risk populations.

Today, partners 360 is a recognized leader in mental health and substance abuse treatment, serving nearly 14,000 individuals each year through its Network of Care - comprised of more than 25 local human service agencies. partners 360’s Network Management and Crisis Centre programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Through the operation of these programs, partners 360 have demonstrated its effectiveness in developing strong collaborations with our community partners. We are proud stewards of the public’s trust, and will continue to work towards making ours a more healthy community.
